We have a running joke in our family about what constitutes a “real” lunch/dinner. For some of us, a crisp, beautifully dressed Greek village salad with fresh cucumbers, juicy tomatoes, and block feta is a masterpiece. For others (looking at you, husband 😉), a meal isn’t a meal unless it involves a burger.
And look, we usually keep everyone happy by letting you top your salad with the classics: a grilled chicken breast, our signature gyro meat, or a tender kabob. It’s the perfect compromise.
But sometimes, you’re feeling a little feisty. Sometimes you want the crunch of a fresh village salad, but your soul is demanding a backyard barbecue.
So, we decided to break the rules.
Meet our latest creation: a freshly cut Greek village salad topped with a juicy, quarter-pound burger patty. It is savory, fresh, and completely non-traditional.
(Oh, and a quick side note when it comes to raw ingredients: you can absolutely request this without onions. We don’t judge.)
