Good morning friends! 🌼 After careful consideration we are once again going to offer up the cafe space for lease! The kitchen is brand new, beautifully redone with stainless steel walls and counters. The business assets will also be offered up for sale. As of now, we are currently operating as a small event space for private functions, but we still have many assets to start your own restaurant/sandwich shop. This building was meant for more, a space to gather and bring people together! We would love to see someone bring more life to this space for our community! If it is not a restaurant that you are interested in, maybe it is taking over the event space or a completely different venture, let's chat.

🎉 Inside: Seating for up to 50 people; use of cold storage, commercial ice machine, drink fridge; a commercial kitchen with bar and, two handicapped accessible restrooms all in a clean, comfortable atmosphere!
🎉 Outside: Large lawn area surrounded by a beautiful white birch fence with several picnic tables and a small fire pit. We also have a large tent available for rental to protect you from the sun and rain, we set up and take down for you!
