I’ve been craving a Tag’s Meat Market roast beef poboy lately (from Tha Parish), however I decided to practice what I preach, which is to support local businesses, not only by patronizing them but by telling others about them.

T & Js Cafe on Old Spanish Trail didn’t disappoint!! I ordered a roast beef poboy, one half pot roast and the other deli meat. I liked both but definitely prefer the deli sliced side. And the Louisiana hot sauce was a plus 🌶️

Also, Alyssa’s customer service was great. She was attentive & she’s a natural conversationist - very rare these days!

Im not a big ‘take pics of my food & show the world” kinda person, but it makes a world of difference to a small business when you send people their way. It takes a total of 3 minutes to snap a few photos & make a nice post. ❤️♥️

I will definitely be back!🍽️
