Y’all… that Blueberry Banana Pudding didn’t stand a chance! 😩😂

Whewwww chileeee! 😮‍💨😂 Baby, it is GONE! Not a crumb left. 🫐🍌

I guess it’s safe to say it’s a keeper! 👀

Just speaking it into existence… 👀✨

Bonn-Fyah needs a small little spot of its own. Nothing big, maybe takeout with a couple tables. I’d still keep the food trailer for events, but having a home base would be nice. ❤️🔥

Now where is it at? 🤔👀

God, I’m ready when You are. 🙌🏾

👀 Just over here in the kitchen playing around with a little something…

How y’all feel about a Blueberry Banana Pudding made with my homemade blueberry purée? 🫐🍌💙

Rich, creamy banana pudding layered with fresh blueberries and topped with a sweet homemade blueberry purée. Whew! 😩

I’m thinking it might make a special appearance at the Blueberry Jubilee….

Would y’all eat it? 🤔

👍🏾 Absolutely!
🫐 I need two!
👎🏾 Not for me.

Drop your answer below and let me know if this needs to make it onto the Bonn-Fyah menu! 🔥

Although school is out for the summer, I still can’t work my food trailer every day like I’d like to.

Some may know and some may not, but I have two sons with disabilities. One of my sons requires nursing care, so my schedule is limited when nursing coverage isn’t available. On top of that, my husband is the one who pulls the trailer for me, and he works a full-time job as well.

With that being said, your girl is trying to find a way to keep feeding y’all! 😊

I’m thinking about selling plates from home and can even deliver to businesses with 5 or more orders. Pickup is an option as well.

For tomorrow, Tuesday 6/2, I’m thinking:

🍝 Spaghetti
🌽 Corn
🧄 Garlic Bread

Would anyone be interested? If so, drop a 🙋🏽‍♀️ in the comments and let me know how many plates you would need.

I normally try my best to stay positive and professional, but this really needs to be said.

Food trucks are NOT built to safely operate in severe weather conditions all day long. With the rain, storms, wind, lightning, flooded grounds, electrical concerns, slippery conditions, and customers obviously staying home, this becomes a serious safety issue.

A lot of food truck owners paid vendor fees, bought inventory, prepped food, staffed employees, fueled generators, and rearranged schedules for today’s event. To not have a rain plan or rain date in place is extremely disappointing.

Now if the weather lets up and conditions become safe, of course we will do our best to attend and support the event. But if this weather continues the way it is now, there is absolutely no safe way for me to operate my truck today.

It’s honestly unfair to food truck vendors and every other vendor expected to work this event in conditions like this simply because the venue chose not to cancel. Supporting events should never come before people’s safety.

No disrespect at all, but if you’re planning large outdoor events and food truck festivals, weather contingency plans should absolutely be part of the process.

Praying everyone stays safe today because this weather is definitely no joke.
