Good morning Everyone! This weeks cake was suppose to be Italian Cream. I’m not sure how it completely fell apart, but it did! I guess I put too much pudding in it. So I decided to smash it, mix it all together and sell by the scoop! Not sure what to call it. Smash cake? Cake Pudding? Italian Drop Cake! Come by, and give it a try! It’s soooooo goooood!

Sometimes things fall apart, and turn out even better!
