Y’all SHOWED UP these last four days! We’re blown away by the love and support. Over 750+ pounds of brisket gone in just four days—a brand new record for Bubby’s BBQ!
Huge shoutout to our Bubby’s crew for grinding and knocking it out of the park. And to every customer who waited in line, laughed with us, and let us serve you—thank you for riding with us while we keep dialing in the flow so you get in, get fed, and still feel like you’re hanging out in our backyard.
We’re just getting started. Have an awesome week, and we’ll see y’all Thursday!
