Aviyal – A traditional Kerala favorite made with mixed vegetables, coconut, and yogurt. Rich in flavor, wholesome, and wonderfully comforting.

Karuveppakku Kodi Vepudu – Tender chicken tossed with black pepper, curry leaves, onions, and tamarind for a bold, aromatic dish with just the right amount of heat.
