Good morning Grace! We are at the Caribou County Fairgrounds today for the Southeast District Meet for drill & posse! It looks like it will be a beautiful day, a perfect day for a Smashburger or some Lumpia. We've got our regular Dutch Oven Potatoes, but if you want to spice things up we have some with jalapeños, they are amazing! Come over to the rodeo arena and see some beautiful horses and some skilled riders. It's always a great time to stop and enjoy the View!

Good morning Bancroft! It's a beautiful Pioneer Day Friday and we are excited to be serving food to all the hungry pioneers! We have Smoked Brisket and smoked pulled pork as well as the rest of our delicious menu. It's always a perfect time to stop and enjoy the View!

Good Thursday morning Soda Springs! Got distracted and forgot to post anything yesterday, still had a lot of folks stop in though. Today we will be on North Hooper Avenue across from Quick Stop from 12 until 4pm, then we will relocate to City Park for Soda Springs Open Mic at 5pm until 8pm. It's going to be a busy night to get everything ready for Bancroft Pioneer Day on Friday. Making smoked brisket, smoked pulled pork and in addition to our regular Dutch Oven Potatoes we will have some of the Jalapeño Potatoes.

Good morning Soda Springs! We had planned on being open today, but instead we're dealing with some canine issues. We will be open Wednesday, Soda Springs Open Mic on Thursday, Pioneer day at Bancroft for Friday, and then at the Fairgrounds in Grace for a the Sothern District Meet for Drill & Posse on Saturday.

Hello Soda Springs! I had planned on being open for Saturday, but something has come up and we will not be able to open today. We will be open Tuesday through Friday for next week.

Good Friday morning Soda Springs! We will be on North Hooper Avenue across from Quick Stop today from 12 to 7pm. I will be able to make a few Chicken Bacon & Swiss sandwiches today, please remember that if I'm busy it's tough to give them the attention they need to be cooked correctly. I made some more of the Dutch Oven Potatoes with jalapeños, and today I'm adding some pepper jack cheese to them as well. We also have the Hot Italian Sausage sandwich along with the rest of our menu. It's always a perfect time to stop and enjoy the View!

So it turns out that I should have put jalapeños in the Dutch Oven Potatoes a long time ago. Moderate heat level but the flavor of the peppers with the cheddar cheese really wakes this up. I had actually gotten tired of eating them. Maybe I should add some pepper jack cheese as well?

Good morning Soda Springs! It's a beautiful Thursday morning and we will be on North Hooper Avenue across from Quick Stop from 12 to 7pm. Due to multiple requests, the Hot Italian Sausage sandwich is back. Also, I made a small batch of Dutch Oven Potatoes with Jalapeños, I don't know if it's good, I haven't tried it yet. We still have our regular Potatoes and I made a bigger batch today so hopefully I will have enough for everyone who wants some. We are restocked on Lumpia as well. Drop by and get some food!
