Dear patrons and friends Eagle's Perk Coffee has officially closed it's K-Beach Location. The Floyd family made the decision to close Eagle's Perk in order to re-prioritize and free-up some much-needed family time. The building, including its fixtures and equipment are available for sale and with the right location are a great, low-cost way to enter the exciting business of Gormet Coffee sales. If you are interested in starting a drive-through coffee business let us know and we would be more than happy to discuss terms of sale, financing options and provide some light consultation concerning what it takes to get started. Greetings faithful Eagles Perk customers. This summer we made the decision to free up time for Julia to take a break from the drive-through and to re-evaluate our business priorities. After thought and prayer we have decided to sell Eagles Perk and spend more time together as a family during our awesome, hard-working daughter's last year of high school. We are grateful support and grace the CIA School Board has shown during this transition and hope a new owner will soon have the lights back on and the coffee perking for you again. Please like and share this post far and wide so we can find a new owner ASAP.
