Well today is the last day here at the Schnitzel Bomber. Thank you all for the outpouring of kindness and love you all have shown us since day 1 and even more so these past few days.

Over the years we've have gotten to know so many of you really well. A surrogates family via going to work slinging Schnitzels. You've helped us through difficulties and we've tried to reciprocate that wherever/whenever we could to show our thanks.

We've gotten to where we recognize your voices over the phone, seen your kids get big and go from car seats to damn near driving. We'll miss you all (well...most of ya 😉 ) and hope to see you again in another venture perhaps?

Okay- looking like closer to 4:30 (everywhere else was wiped out ingredients also) taking time to hunt stuff down.

We completely sold out of every morsel of food yesterday. We're taking some extra time getting opened up today to reload; however we're staying open late.

Thank you all for the love and kind words yesterday. Really means a lot during this little rough patch ❤️‍🩹

Well folks I've been putting off posting this one, but after 7 years we're going to call it a wrap.

August 31st is going to be our last day and Schnitzel Bomber will be closing up all of our North American locations including our flagship K-Beach store😆

Thanks to everyone who's been a part of this venture along the way. The awesome reviews, kind words and love shown made us the top take-out spot in the state per Yelp and Google. Thank you!

A culmination of many factors had brought us to this tough decision. Schnitzel Bomb'n just doesn't pay like it used to...with the seemingly constant increase in the cost of goods and days missed for health has us financially in the rough. All that plus the amount of work it takes to continually pull this off; the constant fighting of our building vs.the Alaskan winters...I just don't got it in me for another go.

There is always the possibility of a comeback, sequel, or totally new venture (we've got an overload of ideas & concepts we'd love to try) but for now this is the move.

I'll keep the Facebook active and feel free to contact us if you've got a party, charity fundraiser or event coming up we might be able to work something out; or just to say hey. We've met some amazing folks and are going to miss you all.

I'll be running the ship solo for the most part these last few days, so bear with me if I'm a bit delayed. Should be good to go today by 1:30(ish).

Next up... one of my personal favorites when it comes to ingredients that we only really get to enjoy in the summer....Fried Green Tomatoes!

We're stacking up some beautiful cornmeal coated F.G.T'S and adding them on a mega B.L.T ; sneaking in a Chicken Schnitzel & finishing it off with a Lemon+ frwsh Dill+Ricotta "schmear" and calling it a day!
