Join one of the area’s busiest waterfront restaurants! We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our kitchen team as Appetizer Line Cooks.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook fried appetizers and other menu items to recipe standards
* Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation during busy service periods
* Stock and organize your station before each shift
* Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Assist with kitchen cleaning and closing duties

Requirements:

* Ability to work weekends and holidays
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
* Restaurant experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
* Team-oriented and dependable

Available Shifts:

* 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
* 4:00 PM – Close

Morning Food Prep Cook

Lighthouse Restaurant & Dock Bar

The Lighthouse Restaurant & Dock Bar is now hiring a Morning Food Prep Cook to join our kitchen team.

Shift: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Must be available weekends

Responsibilities:

* Prepare fresh ingredients for daily service
* Chop vegetables, portion seafood, and prepare meats
* Make and portion crab cakes, salads, sauces, and other menu items
* Follow prep lists and recipes accurately
* Label, date, and properly store food items
* Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
* Assist kitchen staff with opening duties and daily production
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications:

* Kitchen or food prep experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
* Ability to work as part of a team in a busy restaurant environment
