IT'S BACK.....a karaoke contest that focuses on DUETS!
That's right, Singers Karaoke Club is once again presenting "Dueling Duos", our karaoke DUETS competition featuring a $1000.00 prize courtesy of Honey Productions!
Two singers....one karaoke song.......what you do with it will decide which “dueling duo” wins the title! Harmony is welcome, of course! Who truly knows how to duet? Which singers can deliver the best and most creative duet performance? We're looking for coordinated performances by singers who know how to work as a team!
Audition nights will be Tuesday 6/16, Wednesday 6/17 & Tuesday 6/23, with registration beginning at 7pm and audition performances taking place 8pm til 10pm. We will begin registering duos at 7pm and continue until the audition spots are filled for the night....so arrive no later than 7pm!
FINALS will be held at Singers on Wednesday 6/24 beginning at 730pm. (Contestants need to arrive at 630pm for Finals Night.) There will be drink specials and bar kitchen will be open during auditions & finals.
Notes:
- Duets must feature only two perfomers. They can be made up of 2 females, 2 males, or female & male singers. Only the 2 singers should be involved in the performance.
- Singers must perform to a karaoke track from our library of 40,000 karaoke songs. No musical instruments may be involved, as this is a karaoke contest.
- You may participate in only one Duo per audition night. However, if you don't advance to the Finals after your first audition night, you are still allowed to audition on another Audition Night with the same partner or a different partner.
- Current and former employees of Singers Karaoke Club MAY participate. Former winners of "Dueling Duos" Contest may NOT participate.
- 2nd Place duo will receive $200.00
