🔥 NEW THIS WEEKEND AT JOANNA'S — JOE'S HOUSE-MADE FOCACCIA BREAD! 🔥

Most people don't realize that great bread isn't made in a few hours. Our focaccia starts days before it ever reaches your table. We use a long, slow fermentation process that allows the dough to develop flavor, texture, and aroma naturally. The result is a bread that's light, airy, crisp on the outside, and packed with the kind of flavor you simply can't rush.

Over the past few weeks, quite a few people have had the chance to try Joe's Focaccia while I've been experimenting with different fermentation times, hydration levels, toppings, and baking methods. What started as me wanting to improve our dough program has turned into something that I think has real potential here at Joanna's. The same attention to detail that goes into our pizza dough is now going into our focaccia. Whether you're dipping it in olive oil, pairing it with dinner, or enjoying it as an appetizer with marinara sauce, this Focaccia speaks for itself! My father still thinks I spend too much time making dough. After you try this focaccia, you can all help me convince him otherwise!!

Every pan is:
🫒 Hand-stretched
🫒 Slow fermented for maximum flavor
🫒 Finished with olive oil and seasonings
🫒 Made fresh in-house

If you've tried any of the focaccia so far, I'd love to hear your thoughts. This has been a labor of love and a lot of trial and error, and every comment helps me make it better.
