Tonight we debuted our new menu with a few exciting changes. First off, we are temporarily removing Cotton Candy from our menu. I know some of you might be disappointed by this, but don’t worry Cotton Candy lovers we have you covered! We have added blue and pink Cotton Candy flavors to our menu! Now you can get your fix in snow cone form.

Here is a list of our new flavors:

Cotton Candy - Blue
Cotton Candy - Pink
Lemon Lime
Lime
Orange
Pineapple

We now have 30 flavors available for you to try! We encourage you to mix and match flavors to find that unique taste! We will be posting our full menu shortly.

Sorry for the lack of updates everyone, we have been busy, both on the trailer and in our private lives. We are hoping to be out more in the coming weeks so that everyone can experience Snowi Gras for themselves!

We have made some changes and are changing some of our menu around. This is so that we can focus on what we do best, which is bringing you THE best snow cones in Ohio!

We hope to see everyone out!

We get asked a lot, what is a New Orleans Style Sno-Ball and how is it different than a Snow Cone. Here is a quick explanation that we have found:

Commonly confused with the snow cone, the ice of a sno-ball is fine and fluffy; while a snow cone's ice is coarse, crunchy, and granular. Moreover, whereas in a snow cone the flavored syrup sinks to the bottom of the cup, in a sno-ball the ice absorbs the syrup and creates a smoother and almost creamy texture similar to ice cream.

We use the equipment and techniques to bring authentic New Orleans Style Sno-Balls to the Buckeye state. We proudly serve Southern Snow syrups and products that have been in use in New Orleans for over 90 years! We hope to see everyone out and cannot wait for you to experience Snowi Gras for yourself!

Just wanted to let everyone know that we will not be working any events this weekend. However, that doesn’t mean we won’t be working.
