We have a couple more tickets for this exciting class! Chefs Madeeha and Khushboo (chefs, roommates, and friends) will be back at Nibble Kitchen to share their love and knowledge of South Asian cuisine with you!

This hands-on class will teach you history and techniques via 4 stories, learning how color, smoke, fermentation, and chai inform Desi cuisine!

Chef Khushboo is a scientist by day and classical dancer who hails from India. Chef Madeeha works in the mental health field and encyclopedia of knowledge hails from Pakistan.

Our next class will be next Sunday 9/15 with Chef Lymaris. In this class you will learn how to make Mofongo with shrimp in garlic sauce 🦐 Mofongo is a classic Puerto Rican dish consisting of plantains mashed with a pilón, sauce, and spices.
