Kamo is Duck.
Negi is Japanese leek/green onion.

"Kamo Negi" is a term commonly used in Japanese cuisine to describe the delicious combination of duck and green onions. White part of green onions are stir-fried in duck fat, which creates a flavorful and savory dish.
