save the date!! we’re having a GARDEN PARTY!! we want to thank all our loyal, amazing customers who have supported us over the years & we know everyone loves a good ‘ole garden party- we’ll be serving wood fired pizzas, salads and as usually lots more! no reservations taken or needed, but come early to avoid missing out! last call on food will be 4.30! brad briske & family will be closed for this event! cash bar will in the lower garden to help with long lines! Yay!!

we’re turning TEN!! Woo hoo! come help us celebrate on our anniversary weekend. tell us your favorite stories, what have been some of your favorite meals?? some of Brad will be featured on a special Brad Briske & family classics tasting menu that’s being offered alongside our regular amazing menu. THURSDAY 29 & FRIDAY 30th reservations are now open, but are limited due to weather unpredictably- so only inside dining will be available. we request whole table participation for the tasting menu- w**e pairing will also be available. we will be “dressing to the nines” in celebratory fashion- so feel free to dig out your fancy clothes and make it a weekend to remember!

menu will not be announced until day of- but if you love us, we guarantee you won’t be disappointed!!

ok friends! we’re still looking for a garde manger to join our team! what’s the role entail? it’s mostly known as “the front station” here and is responsible for shucking oysters, slicing our HOMEmade charcuterie, plating raw fish dishes with attention but efficiency, and making our desserts look beautiful! we want someone who has good kitchen experience, but is also looking to learn from us & grow into this role (and others). we are a fast paced, busy kitchen but we also have a lot of fun! we are also hiring brad briske & family which has a more flexible schedule & lots of perks! want to know more? email your resume to chef brad [email protected] ! we look forward to hearing from you!

summer just flew by! now we dive straight into our busiest event season. we apologize for closures over the next 2 months, but even though a couple of saturdays will be closed, we still have so much exciting new food coming out so to avoid disappointment, please remember to make your reservations ahead of time & also let us know if you’re NOT going to make it!

as any of you know working in the restaurant business means lots of goodbyes! last night we said a “bye for now” to our favorite gal, lucy Lucy Buchanan 😭 lucy has been part of our family for over four years now, and it’s always sooo hard to loose someone who is so dedicated, reliable and hardworking! but we’re also so excited for her to go off into the world! the best part of Brad Briske & family (apart from brads food) is our staff, who always end up feeling like family. this feels like the end of an era! but as we also say “onward” as we hire new incredible people and the family just keeps on growing!

HOME is closed on wednesdays. it’s our family night. but on wednesday, july 29 we are firing up the grill and we’d like you to be a part of it. Chef Diego Felix our brother-in-law is joining us to cook an authentic Argentina asado. this is exactly the kind of dinner we’d make for our own table, if we had the fire, and the time and the whole family around it. come get a seat and enjoy our weekly family dinner vibes. tickets are at the link in our bio.
