1/2-pan Meatballs - $50 (Handrolled using Grandma Kay's favorite recipe)
1/2-pan Italian Sausage - $35 (Marinara or with Italian Frying Peppers)
1/2-pan Italian Beef - $45 (Add our Giardiniera and make it Chicago-Style)
Panini Platter - starts at $35 (5 semi-customized sandwiches cut any way you like in our set styles)

Typically 3-ounces would be considered a serving and 1-ounce a taste. Pans and platters easily feed 8-10 people or would be a taste for more! Every ingredient is all natural and procurred or purveyed locally, regionally, nationally or imported from Europe; many items are from our own farm!
