By popular demand, offering one final round of cakes, thank you all for the support. Visit our website at the top of the home page “cakes” tab. Order your cake, add to cart and choose pickup day. Reminder, last call. Order shut off will be Tuesday afternoon.
You can freeze the cake for Christmas! We’ve actually done it for years and they are even better (I don’t know why but they are) trust us!! Thank you for your support!

It is with a heart full of gratitude and bittersweet emotions that I announce that Engrain will be closing Dec 1st.
Over the last decade, I have had the pleasure of working alongside amazing employees, customers, vendors, farmers and people in my community. My restaurant Thistle Pig was a community gathering place for laughter, friendships, music, events and lasting memories I’ll always hold close to my heart.
As I turn the page to a new chapter of life, I hope you all join us here at Engrain for delicious food and drink prior to our closure after service on Dec 1. We will continue to be our best, offer our best and serve you until that day.
Thank you to my staff over the years for being a part of an amazing decade of my life and to my family for the continued support and love you offer.
