Two seasoned chicken breasts are lightly floured and pan-seared until golden, then topped with sautéed cremini mushrooms in a rich Marsala wine sauce. Served over creamy garlic mashed potatoes with roasted asparagus and finished with fresh parsley, it's the perfect meal to enjoy in the fresh air.
