Here’s their menu along with the business name. The owner is the same one who runs Oishii Hibachi beside Horace Mann Middle School—so I’m sure many of you already know them! They’re a wonderful family, and their food is absolutely amazing.

Yes, it’s true — Kashiwa Hibachi is permanently closed.
We have sold our food trailer to our brother who will continue serving hibachi meals and sushi.

Right now, they are in the process of redesigning the trailer under their own business name. Once they are ready to open, we will gladly help announce their launch.
