Finally, spring has arrived in Kenosha County, Wisconsin and it’s time to think about summer and eating healthy. What would be better than receiving a fresh basket of produce once a week and knowing these vegetables, herbs and fruit were grown using organic practices without dreadful pesticides and delivered fresh from our garden to you. This year’s list will include lettuces, kale, chard, radishes, celery, carrots, artichokes, cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, zucchini, leeks, onions, garlic, purple and fingerling potatoes, apples, pears, wild black raspberries, tomatoes, peppers, herbs and melons.
