A few seats remain for our next Pine + Plate dinner.

Join us on Thursday, July 16 at 6:30 PM for an intimate Italian-inspired tasting experience featuring a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu by Chef Alex White. Inspired by one of his favorite styles of cooking, each course highlights seasonal ingredients with handmade, rustic flavors.

Reservations are $75 per person and seating is intentionally limited to keep the evening intimate.

Craft cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

A new chapter begins.

Many of you have followed along with X Vault over the years, and before anything else, we simply want to say thank you. Thank you for every dinner, celebration, conversation, and memory. Your support meant the world to us, and we’ll always be grateful to everyone who walked through those doors.

As one chapter closes, another begins.

Welcome to Pine + Plate!

This page is now the home of our newest venture.

Chef Alex White is taking the next step in his culinary career, bringing years of experience to catering, private chef experiences, curated dinners, and our mobile bar, The Draught Horse. Alex brings the flavors you all know and love to our events!

Joining him is his fiancé, Anastasia Creaser, a wedding photographer, bringing her years of experience in the wedding industry, event coordination, and client experience to the hospitality side of Pine + Plate and management side of The Draught Horse. You’ll even catch her shaking up cocktails at our events!

Together, we’re creating memorable dining experiences for weddings, private events, intimate dinners, and special celebrations across Maine.

Thank you for being here, for supporting us through every season, and for joining us as we begin this exciting new chapter. We can’t wait to share everything we have planned… and we have so much planned!

Tonight we open our doors one last time.

We invite everyone to stop by, have one last meal with us and celebrate one last evening at X Vault. Whether you’re a regular, a former employee, a friend, or someone who has been with us since the beginning, we’d love to see you tonight!

Over the last 9 and a half years, X Vault has been so much more than a restaurant. It has been a place for celebrations, family dinners, reunions, business meetings, and countless laughs shared around our tables. It has been such a privilege to host you for so many years.

Thank you to every member of our staff, past and present, who worked tirelessly through long days, busy nights, holidays, and weekends. Your dedication and hard work are what made X Vault what it was. We couldn’t have done this without you.

Thank you to our guests for trusting us, supporting us, and giving us the privilege of serving you. Thank you for celebrating life’s milestones with us, for bringing your friends and family through our doors, and for being willing to try something new along the way!

Most of all, thank you for making these last 9 years so special, we will cherish this chapter for the rest of our lives.
