Our best kept secret is finally out… We are in the process of buying Ross and Co. in Hatboro!
This has been worked on for a while now, and I’m very happy to finally be able to announce it. Before I get into our plan, I’d like to say Hatboro is a great town that I really wanted to be a part of. I absolutely love the small town atmosphere, and I hope I can help it grow even more over the years. The town has been a huge help while preparing for this and has given me plenty of resources to help us reach this goal, and I’m very thankful for that.
From the beginning, Hatboro felt like the right place for our next chapter. I truly hope we can become part of this community for many years to come.
We never wanted to open locations just for the sake of opening more restaurants. If we expand, it has to be because we believe we can bring something special to that community. Hatboro felt like the right fit, and we’re excited to earn your trust the same way we did in Southampton.
I’ve heard a lot about the parking concerns, and it’s something we’ve spent a lot of time planning for. The town will soon have new signs directing visitors to the municipal lots, making them much easier to find. We also have preliminary plans to have complimentary optional valet with text when ready service so your car will be ready by the time you pay the bill and walk outside. We’ll also have parking maps on our website and outside the restaurant. There are a lot of parking options in Hatboro, and I’m confident we’ll make it work. We’ll share even more details as we get closer to opening.
We’ll be building a full bakery downstairs and will soon be adding a new bread to our menu. We’ll announce it later this summer, but it’s going to be a big one. We want fresh ingredients and food made every single day, and we’ll be expanding that concept to this location. Almost everything will be made in house, just as we do in Southampton.
Our regular menu will always be identical at every location we have. However, our specials menu and drink menu (besides our four core drinks) will be different at every location. You’ll always be able to get your Iron Oven favorites, but now each location will have something unique as well.
Nothing is ever perfect, but we’re preparing like crazy so this will be our smoothest opening yet, and you can enjoy everything from day one.
For those in Hatboro who don’t know us yet, we pride ourselves on giving you the best experience possible every single time you dine with us. We love feedback, good or bad, because it tells us where we’re doing well and where we need to improve. If something isn’t working, we fix it. I want to make sure you get way more than what you pay for every time you dine with us, and that’s always been my standard.
I hope to help Hatboro become a place everyone wants to visit. Even if it’s only a small part, I want to help see the town continue to grow and hopefully see even more events being held. So far, everything I’ve seen has been amazing, and the people have been great. I’m looking forward to expanding and giving Hatboro another great place to eat.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us since day one in Southampton. None of this would be possible without all of you.
We can’t wait to welcome Hatboro into the Iron Oven family. We’ll be sharing construction updates, hiring information, menu previews, and plenty of behind-the-scenes content throughout the summer.
We hope you’re as excited as we are! See you soon Hatboro!
