🚚☕ AM Coffee & Co. Mobile Update! ☕🚚

We’re excited to share another look at our mobile coffee trailer as it continues to come together!

Over the last two weeks, the trailer shell has been completed, the frame has been fully welded, and the wiring has been installed. Watching this project move from an idea to reality has been incredible, and we’re getting closer every day to serving coffee on the road.

The trailer is now moving into the next phase of construction, where the interior build-out will begin. From equipment installation to finishing touches, there’s still plenty of work ahead, but we’re making great progress.

🤞 Fingers crossed, we’ll have it on the road by mid-August! 🤞

We can’t wait to bring AM Coffee & Co. to weddings, graduations, sporting events, festivals, businesses, and private gatherings throughout Connecticut and beyond.

Our favorite cow is back on the clock! 🐄☕️

We can’t say enough good things about Guardians Farm. Not only is it an incredible place to visit, with amazing animals and activities for the whole family, but they also play a huge role in helping us serve the freshest drinks possible.

Their whole milk has become a staple at AM Coffee & Co., and our customers love it just as much as we do. This partnership means the world to us, and we’re proud to support another local business that cares so much about our community.

As for Promise… well, being part of the team definitely has its perks. Since she’s already helping with milk production, we figured it was time to teach her how to make lattes too! From cow to cup, it doesn’t get much fresher than that. 😂☕️

We are incredibly grateful for our partnership with Ma Petite Bakery and so happy to see Stéphanie back baking.

Her almond croissants, quiches, overnight oats, and so many other delicious creations have become customer favorites and a staple here at AM Coffee & Co. The quality, care, and passion she puts into everything she makes have played a meaningful role in helping us grow.

We are thankful to work alongside such talented local businesses and couldn’t be happier to have her creations filling our pastry case once again.

Running a small business takes a village, and we’re incredibly thankful for the talented people we get to work alongside.

Today we’re shining a light on Bask Baked and the amazing creativity, passion, and hard work that goes into every single treat she creates. From beautiful custom desserts to these colorful Dot Cake Cookies, she has a way of turning simple ingredients into something special.

What many people don’t see are the early mornings, late nights, recipe testing, decorating, planning, and dedication behind every item that arrives at our shop. It’s that commitment to quality and creativity that makes her creations stand out.

We are grateful to have Bask Baked as part of our AM Coffee & Co. family and thankful for everything she does to help make our display case a little sweeter.

☀️ Summer Break Means We’ve Got Two New Hires! ☀️

If you stop by AM Coffee & Co. this summer, you may notice two familiar faces putting in some extra work around the shop!

Paisley and Logan have officially joined the team for summer break and have been helping with everything from stocking shelves, cleaning floors, and making drinks, to their favorite job of all—socializing with our amazing customers. ❤️

One of the things that makes AM Coffee & Co. so special is that it truly is a family business. From the very beginning, this dream has been built by our family, and we’re incredibly grateful to have two kids who aren’t afraid of hard work and love being part of what we’ve created together.

So if you see them around the shop this summer, be sure to say hello—they’ll probably be hard at work… or busy making new friends. ☕😊

And of course an extra shout out to Andy who is always working double time- even when he’s relaxing he’s thinking of ways to better our community and grow AM Coffee.
