13. Line cooks are some of the hardest-working, most humble and honest people in the working world. And many of them happen to be felons. And when you see them get off a 14-hour shift and still manage to make jokes with you at the end of it, you realize that every judgment we make about the guy with neck tattoos is completely off base.

Please refrain from putting band/bumper stickers on The Smoke House trailer (or really, any one else's property if you do not have their permission). We will happily accept stickers to place on our freezer door though. :)

It's a gorgeous day at Nelson Ledges Quarry Park and we are down to just a few precious square feet of storage/refridgeration space...Ah yes...It must be DSO @ GratefulFest 11 - Nelson Ledges Quarry Park ! We are so excited to spend this beautiful, amazing holiday weekend with all of YOU!
