To Our Community,
We have been made aware of a recent customer experience at our restaurant and would like to take a moment to address it. First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for all of our guests is always our top priority.
As a small establishment, we must follow health and safety guidelines regarding animals inside the restaurant. While we are proud supporters of service animals and fully recognize their importance, only trained service animals are permitted indoors in accordance with regulations.
As animal lovers ourselves, we understand how important pets are to many of our guests. In the past, we may not have always strictly distinguished between service animals and emotional support animals. However, due to a few recent incidents involving untrained animals in our dining space, we have made the decision to more carefully uphold these guidelines moving forward.
We truly appreciate the understanding and cooperation of our community as we work to create a safe, comfortable dining experience for everyone. Thank you for your continued support!
