We are a husband (Charles) and wife (Samantha) team committed to providing you with the most authentic and tasty Cajun recipes. Charles is originally from New Orleans and moved to Tennessee in 2014. He is the main chef and has all the knowledge about Cajun seasonings and recipes. Samantha is the behind the scenes owner who handles the business side of things. We make trips down to the New Orleans

area to get ingredients that are not available in our area and to get fresh seafood to use in our cooking adventures.

Good Monday morning!!! After a brief hiatus (sorry about that!!), we are back! We will be making chicken and sausage gumbo this weekend! If you want any just let us know! One quart is $8, or 1 gallon (4 quarts) is $30.

Looked into fresh live crawfish and not as bad as we thought. Gonna do some more research and determine a selling price and gauge interest. If you would be interested in getting some live crawfish (we can cook them too for additional cost), please let us know. If we have enough interest, we will work on determining a cost.

EDIT: WE ARE SOLD OUT!!! Ya'll are fantastic!!! Keep an eye out because we will be making more in the near future (think like two weeks from now) and be sure to tell your friends.

Who's ready for some authentic Cajun Gumbo? We will be making some Chicken and Sausage gumbo on Saturday! $8 a quart or $30 for a gallon! One quart feeds approximately two people. Let us know so we can get you on the list before its all gone!
