It is truly difficult to sum up our love for good balsamic vinegar. The uses for this timeless creation are endless! We have several options for you - the classic aged to elevate dishes (10 year, 15 year, and 25 year are all on the shelf!); infused options for creative chefs (garlic infused balsamic is divine!); a glaze to drizzle over pizzas or caprese sandwiches; and a NEW balsamic jelly that we swoon over when spread atop baked brie.

Fresh faces and returning favorites at Formaggi!

We have picked up Cucina brand sauces, orange curd, and pizza sauce, as well as Cantucci biscotti (in chocolate, almond, and cranberry), and several new pastas - including the Marulo line in Tagliatelle and Casarecce. Throw in a little pesto, some delicious tartlets from Bonne Maman...and a new white marble mortar and pestle set for our Calabrian oregano? I think we are ready for dinner. 🤤 Come by and see us!
