It’s been a busy last few weeks. I’m back to work part time even though I have full-time things to do. 🤣
I’m being a good patient and following all the rules with extra help, limited work and still resting in between.

Last week I:

started back cooking breakfast for Milford Kiwanis at Iowa Lakeside Laboratory

had a corporate cater for ServiceMaster by Rice- Iowa Great Lakes at Bank Midwest in their beautiful meeting space.
—coffee and donuts
—garlic cream chicken penne and broccoli
—caesar salad
—garlic toast
—chocolate chip and sugar cookies

catered a Science on the Menu event at Iowa Lakeside Lab
—spring mix salad w/ vinaigrette
—pasta buffet
——penne/thin spaghetti
——marinara/alfredo
——grilled chicken/homemade meatballs
——broccoli/mushrooms
—garlic toast
—mini cheesecakes
——turtle
——berry
——lemon curd with toasted coconut

Of course , I forgot photos 🫤
