There isn’t a much better way to handle a morning than a plate of Chicken and Waffles.

We’re doing these with a cornmeal batter and oven-frying the chicken to keep it crispy without being heavy. It’s served over two golden waffles with plenty of whipped honey butter and a side of hot maple syrup to bring that sweet-and-heat balance.
