We have a lot of fun catering events like this Tourism Matters celebration, we got to be a vendor at .509venue . 50 years wow! We served up some Curry Rip and Dip Cups and Chorizo Meatballs with Naan. Such a fun evening, and it ended before the storm! Thank you for the opportunity!

Cinco de Mayo lands on a Taco Tuesday this year… so we’re doing something we’ve never done before 🌮🔥
For one night only, we’re flipping the script and serving our lunch menu for dinner.

Think: Tacos. Bowls. Your favorite shareables.
And a special Indicana Margarita Flight featuring some of our favorite creations from the Agave & Spice Margarita Club over the past year 🍹

It’s looking like a warm one, so the patio will be open — if you want to sit outside, just drop a note in your reservation.

We expect this one to fill up fast (small space, you know the drill), so reservations are strongly recommended.

Let’s make this Cinco one to remember. See you there.

April means new flavors 🌸

Meet our Margarita of the Month: Gulaab Primavera — butterfly pea flower–infused tequila, muddled serrano, Tacoma Punk orange liqueur, and finished with a butterfly pea flower gentleman’s cube.

It’s bright, floral, a little spicy… and very much giving spring.

Patio season is almost here, and we’re getting our space ready—stay tuned for that!

Being named Best Chef is incredibly humbling. Thank you, Spokane, —and to everyone who voted and supported us.

But there’s no “Best Chef” without the best team.

Indicana runs on the people who show up every day—the long prep days, late nights, and problem-solving during a slammed service. The work most guests never see.

For the last five years, Amanda has been my right hand, my sounding board, and the person who helps turn ideas into reality—and a true friend. Im half the chef I am because of her. I’m incredibly blessed to work with her.

To our back of house team—Kristin, Kasara, David, Thomas, Deontae, Roman, Pete, and J—you do the heavy lifting every day. Prep, scrub, push through, and make sure every plate is consistent and something we’re proud of. So much of what you do happens behind the scenes, but it’s the backbone of this restaurant.

To our front of house team, and especially Madalena, for leading with warmth, high energy, and upholding a culture that shines through our service. Julie, Logan, Deeya, Jahee, Jacob, Kailyn, and Jocie—you’re the first smile guests see when they walk through the door and the last goodbye at the end of the night. You guide people through the menu, answer questions, tell the stories behind the dishes, create the experience, and carry the spirit of Indicana every night.

Restaurants are built on trust, teamwork, and a lot of unseen hard work. I’m grateful for this team every day.

This award might say Best Chef, but anyone who has stepped into our restaurant knows the truth — it takes a whole team to earn it.

Thank you for believing in us. We’re just getting started.

Time to get your favorites in before the Spring/Summer menu drops April 1st!

We’ll be saying goodbye to a few dishes (just for the season): Tandoori Shrimp Brochetas, Tamarind Glazed Ribs, and our soups — Pork Pozole and Creamy Butternut Squash.
If you’ve been thinking about coming in for them, now’s the time.

But don’t worry… we’ve got some summer favorites making their return too! Pork Chop con Mole, Aguachile Pani Puri, and Masa-Crusted Eggplant — plus a few new dishes we can’t wait to share.

As always, our drink menu is evolving, seasonal, and a whole lot of fun.

Come join us and send off these dishes the way they deserve 🍽️🔥
