This summer, Commellini Estate is partnering with Raising the Bar Northwest for a one-of-a-kind evening that blends history, hands-on mixology, and an incredible Italian dinner.

Join us on Thursday, July 16 for Rum Through the Ages, an immersive cocktail experience led by historian and mixologist Renée Cebula, founder of Raising the Bar.

Discover how rum helped shape America's story, from the Colonial era through Prohibition and beyond, while crafting and enjoying three historic rum cocktails along the way.
