Oh boy Spokaneā€¦ tomorrow is going to be fun, and a little bit out of the ordinary because Iā€™m just going to break the bad news to some of youā€¦ we will not have devilā€™s food cake donuts tomorrowā€¦ whew that is a load off of my shoulders. Never fear Spokane because Iā€™ve got some special treats for youā€¦ in an attempt to totally redeem myself. šŸ˜‰(I was finally able to sneak in a Dumb, and Dumber reference, and it only took five years!šŸ¤Ŗ)

Letā€™s talk about the first surpriseā€¦ Huckle Knucklesā€¦ oh yeah, they will be fresh at 5am, and ready to be devoured.

If that isnā€™t your thing we will also have the cherry fritters that you have come to know, and expect on Friday morning, and tomorrow will be no different.

The other ā€œFriday regularā€ that we will actually have tomorrow are the gluten free/gluten friendly donutsā€¦ and the flavor list for those will beā€¦

The final piece of the Friday donut puzzle are all pictured belowā€¦ we are going to have a tester day tomorrow. šŸ„³ā€¦ and Itā€™s kind of a two for one dealā€¦ Garret and I, both made the blueberry pie rings, and some new Lemon Cream fillingā€¦ and put them to workā€¦ here are the photosā€¦ each one has a description to let you know what it isā€¦ Feel free to vote for which sounds the most interesting, so I know what kind of a mix I should make. They will be free, and you only get one per purchaseā€¦ so, choose wiselyā€¦ wow, now a Indiana Jones reference too?!? This is just the craziest post in the history of crazy posts. šŸ¤Ŗ

Happy Wednesday Spokaneā€¦ and surrounding areasā€¦ Itā€™s time for some donut news!

Who likes French crullers?
Who doesnā€™t like French crullers?
Who has never heard of French crullers?

If you raised your hand for any of those questions. Then let me tell you a few thingsā€¦ we make French crullers twice a week. On Sundayā€™s and also on Thursdayā€™s, and tomorrow happens to be a Thursday. šŸ„³

Now, they are crispy on the outside with big pockets of air on the inside. Iā€™ve always described them as a ā€œCreampuff met a donutā€ because Iā€™m not a wordologistā€¦ case and point I just made up the word ā€œWordologistā€.šŸ˜…

Moving onā€¦ for those who donā€™t like French crullersā€¦ we make lots of other donuts tooā€¦ like this Sā€™mores Ring, which is available everyday in May. As a bonusā€¦ Thursday is also the one day each week we make the previous monthā€™s special donutā€¦ Iā€™m talking about the Strawberry cheesecake rings. šŸ¤Æ Talk about double prizes everyone.

Next on the list are the Strawberry Rhubarb frittersā€¦ they are the official Thursday fritter, and it may come a big surprise, but we only make them on Thursdayā€™s.

Iā€™ve made no progress on my tester donutsā€¦ I will keep you posted on the results (with photos) when I doā€¦ Iā€™m going to start with the blueberry pie ring first. šŸ¤«

Hey there Spokane, and welcome to the donut post for Wednesday morningā€¦ and thanks for helping us clean up the excess of donut inventory we had this morning.

Speaking of which, if youā€™ve never read one of my posts I would recommend you follow this page so youā€™re one of the first to find out about our crazy donut deals. (Like earlier today.)

Enough about that stuff letā€™s talk about the future.

I'll start with the Cinnamon Roll Old Fashioned (Pictured below) it's pretty straight forward... Buttermilk Old Fashioned, cinnamon crumb, and cream cheese icing drizzled over the top. Available everyday too.šŸ„³

Fudgey Bars will be ready to roll at 5am, and Iā€™m going to make them four waysā€¦

Double Chocolate
Cosmic Brownie
Salted Caramel
German Chocolate

Mochi donuts (Pictured Below) are next on the listy list, and they will also have four flavor options.

Huckleberry
Strawberry-Cheesecake

Lemon

Lemon-Blueberry are the backup fritter flavorā€¦ who are backing up the apple fritters. (We make Apple fritters everyday.)

Sā€™mores rings (Pictured Below) will be plentifulā€¦ and heads up that Sunday will be the final day of the Sā€™mores donut... fun fact Sunday is also the last day of May.šŸ¤Ŗ That fact is now stressing me out because I just realized that I have a few days to make some tester donuts to find out what the June ā€œFluffyā€™s Vault Donutā€ will be.šŸ˜¬

Which flavor does the internet think I should pursue first?

Comment whichever one seems the most interestingā€¦ it may not work, but Iā€™ll start my testing with the most requested flavor... be forewarned that it might not work, but I will obviously keep you all posted on the resultsā€¦ who knows, you might get a ā€œtester dayā€ in the next few days. šŸ˜‰ Stay tuned.

It's been a rainy day, and a tad slow so I have lots of inventory... that means you winšŸ„³...

The details are... from 12pm until 12:30pm, (Or until they are gone) you can snag a mystery box for free... no picking, no choosing... just grab a box and go enjoy the rest of your day.

Here are the cases as of 11:19am.

Limit of one box per person.
(5-26-26 only)

You can park in the back of the building too.
