Christmas Eve & Christmas Day Order Update & Apology 🎄
We sincerely apologize to our customers who experienced long wait times or were unable to receive their orders on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
December 24th and 25th are among the busiest days of the year for us. While we accepted advance pickup orders, some orders contained a very large number of individual meals. Each entrée is prepared fresh, and during peak holiday hours, this significantly increased preparation time beyond what we originally expected.
We did our best to communicate with customers that for large gatherings, party trays are the most efficient option, especially during the holidays. Unfortunately, not all orders followed this recommendation.
We understand how frustrating and disappointing this was—especially for those hosting guests during Christmas Eve and Christmas Day—and we take full responsibility for the inconvenience.
During the holiday, our entire team chose to work through Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, giving up time with their families and doing their absolute best to serve our community during an extremely busy period. We are truly grateful for their hard work and dedication.
We are actively reviewing our holiday ordering process and will be making changes to prevent this from happening again.
