ing that has about 10 different names (egg in a hole, treasure island, birdie in the nest, egg on a wall, toad in a hole, etc. Yep, we do fancy versions of that. We park in the neighborhood (10th & Maple, Lower South Hill, Spokane, WA), and we exist for the sake of the neighborhood: bringing people together around great food, hiring local people, and benefiting neighborhood causes with a portion of each day's proceeds.
