WISCONSINBURGER is a locally owned restaurant founded in Spokane in 2014. Like many burger joints in the Midwest, at WISCONSINBURGER we are focused on creating a juicy, purist beef burger. e, including the all-natural cheese curds, are from Wisconsin! Just like all of our fries and chips, our bacon jam is made from scratch and is permanent on the menu on top of the “Spooner” burger. Don't forget to check out the Miller High Life battered and deep fried cheddar cheese curds – A favorite in the mid-west! Or if you're feeling like something a little lighter, the salad is served with our own homemade spicy vinaigrette. Not into beef? We have a scratch made turkey burger made with heaps of fresh veggies and a little kick. Vegetarians can order the made from scratch “Madison” bean burger or the “Ashland” summer squash and veggie burger. Adding fried cheese curds is recommended! In addition to our daily menu we have the GOTW(“Grind of the Week”) where our chef, Tim Ahern, uses his influences to put a twist on the burger classics and invent new flavor combinations.
