🥃 What happens when you take a barrel of Kentucky bourbon and send it on a voyage around the world?
Next Wednesday, November 11th, we're exploring exactly that at Local Flavors with Jefferson's Wh***ey!

Jefferson's Ocean takes fully matured bourbon and sends the barrels out to sea, where they can travel through more than 25 ports, across five continents, and cross the equator multiple times.

The constant movement of the ocean, changing temperatures, and extreme humidity expose the wh***ey to conditions you simply can't recreate in a traditional Kentucky rickhouse.
We'll be exploring Jefferson's Ocean, Tropics, and Rye, each paired with a chef-crafted small plate designed to complement the wh***ey.

We're starting a weekly prime rib dinner featuring USDA Prime-grade prime rib, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and a rotating chef-curated salad. 69$

Meet our new and improved French Dip—made with Egger’s USDA Prime grade, Prime rib, seasoned overnight and slow-smoked for 13 hours right here at Local Flavors. It’s piled high on a toasted French roll with caramelized onions and melted Swiss, then served with our rich, house-made au jus.

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our kitchen, with both full-time and part-time positions available. Experience is always a plus, but we also value a good attitude, reliability, and someone who takes pride in their work.
Weekend availability is helpful, especially for some Saturdays and special events, but we’re happy to talk through scheduling and find what works for the right person. We’re closed every Sunday, so Sundays are always off.
Starting pay is $17.25 an hour, and we’re happy to talk about pay based on your experience and what you bring to the team.
