THANK YOU FROM ALL OF US AT THE SPRING CITY HOTEL!

We want to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone who came out and supported us during our opening weekend! Seeing the community come together to support the Spring City Hotel means more to us than words can express.

We also want to acknowledge that we know there is room for improvement. We experienced some challenges throughout the weekend, especially with food wait times and the overall flow of service. We understand that some of our guests waited longer than they should have, and for that, we sincerely apologize.

We hear you, and we’re working on it! We’re taking your feedback seriously and are already making adjustments to improve efficiency, reduce wait times, and provide the quality of food and service that every guest deserves.

Our goal is simple: to make every visit to the Spring City Hotel a great experience. We know we have work to do, and we’re committed to making it happen.

We also want to give a huge THANK YOU to our wonderful staff! Your hard work, dedication, and long hours throughout opening weekend are truly appreciated. We couldn’t do this without you!

A special shoutout to Mayor Adam for coming out and showing his support! We truly appreciate you taking the time to visit us!

The wait is almost over! We are excited to welcome everyone back to the Spring City Hotel!

We’re kicking things off with our opening menu, featuring a variety of appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, pasta dishes, and homestyle favorites, including Debbie’s famous Chicken Kiev!

Our menu will continue to grow as we get settled in, with more delicious options coming soon!

We are thrilled to officially announce that Spring City Hotel will be opening its doors on Sunday, October 18th, 2026! 🎊

After months of hard work, preparation, and anticipation, we’re finally ready to welcome everyone!

👨‍🍳 Executive Chef Tim and our team have been working hard to bring you a delicious new menu, great drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere for friends, family, and the community to enjoy!

Chef Tim is hard at work! 👨‍🍳

Before we officially open our doors, Chef Tim has been busy in the kitchen testing, perfecting, and fine-tuning the menu.

Today’s creation is Debbie’s Famous Chicken Kiev, served with Parmesan potatoes and sautéed spinach. 🍗🥔

And speaking of opening our doors… we have some exciting news coming VERY soon! 👀 Stay tuned — we can’t wait to share what’s next for the Spring City Hotel! ❤️

👨‍🍳 Meet Our Executive Chef — Tim!

We’re excited to introduce Tim, our Executive Chef here at Spring City Hotel Restaurant!

Tim graduated from L’Academie de Cuisine in 2016 and brings years of passion, experience, and creativity to our kitchen.

He’s especially excited to bring back some of the comfort food and old favorites that guests remember, including Chicken Kiev, while also introducing some new dishes that we think you’re going to love.

Right now, Tim is working hard behind the scenes alongside our team to get everything ready for our doors to open. We couldn’t be more excited for everyone to finally have the opportunity to enjoy the incredible food he’s been putting together.

We’re lucky to have him leading our kitchen, and we can’t wait for you to taste what he’s cooking up!
