🚧 Papoulis Pit Stop Grill Build Update – Day 3! 🇬🇷🔥

Day 3 is officially in the books, and the transformation is really starting to take shape! Every day brings us one step closer to getting back out and serving the Greek-American fusion dishes you know and love.

This renovation isn’t just about giving the trailer a new look—it’s about creating a better experience for our customers with improved efficiency, upgraded equipment, and the same commitment to quality that Papoulis has always stood for.

We can’t thank everyone enough for the support, messages, and patience during this process. It means the world to our family. ❤️

🚧 Construction Update – Day 1! 🚧

The transformation has officially begun!

Before we turned a single screw, our first priority was making sure our kitchen was spotless. Day 1 was dedicated entirely to deep cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting every surface, corner, and crevice of the trailer. We believe great food starts with a clean, safe kitchen, and we’re committed to preparing every meal in the most sanitary environment possible.

Now that the space is clean from top to bottom, the real build-out can begin! And when the renovation is complete, we’ll finish everything off with one more massive deep cleaning before we reopen.

To everyone who’s been calling, messaging, and asking when we’ll be back—we see you, we appreciate you, and we miss serving you more than you know. ❤️

It won’t be much longer. We’re making big moves behind the scenes, and we can’t wait to welcome you back with the same great food you know and love—plus some exciting new additions.

💙 A New Look. The Same Papoulis You Know & Love. 💙

We’ve gotten a lot of questions lately, so we wanted to clear things up!

Papoulis is currently under renovation, and when we reopen, you won’t see the white trailer you’ve all come to know—you’ll see us in BLUE! 🚚💙

While our look is changing, our quality, recipes, and customer service are not. We’re working hard to bring you the same authentic Greek-American fusion you’ve come to love, along with some exciting new menu items while keeping all of your favorite classics.

You may still see the white trailer out and about. It is now under different ownership and a different name. We wish them nothing but success, so if you see them, show them some love and support!

Just remember… there’s only one Papoulis. 🇬🇷❤️
