Apparently the Texas heat looked at our refrigerators and said, “Challenge accepted.”

We’re closed again today while we wrap a few things up behind the scenes. Thanks for bearing with us—we’ll be back serving smash burgers as soon as possible.

🚨 Temporary Closure Notice 🚨

Fries & Grind is closed today while we complete an emergency repair on the food truck.

For everyone’s safety, we can’t have any open flames during the repair, so we’ll be unable to serve until the work is finished.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. We’ll keep you updated and let you know as soon as we’re ready to fire the grill back up.

Due to the storm and ongoing power fluctuations, Fries & Grind will be closing early today (Friday, June 19) at 6:00 PM.

The safety of our team and guests comes first, and with the electricity compromised, we don’t want to risk interruptions during service.

The good news: we’ll be back open tomorrow with our normal Saturday hours, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM. 🍔
