I got to try in Austin before the concert.
I got to try their brisket, rib, peach tea pork belly burnt ends, pulled lamb, chorizo and cheese grits, and jalapeño slaw. It was all amazing! I can see why they are the #2 ranked joint in .
Then the concert was equally amazing! Tool always hits and I can’t wait for the day that they ever play in the Las Vegas Sphere. The music and visuals would be epilepsy in a ball.

I tried something new for Christmas this year..
I butterflied a skin on , then smeared an herbal rub that consisted of rosemary, sage, thyme, basil, parsley, garlic, red pepper flakes and lemon zest. It was rolled up and twined together, then roasted in the oven. The skin was crispy, and the meat was moist, a perfect combination. I’ll definitely be making this again.
