Vienna Schnitzel➡️ History as Golden as Its Crust!

Vienna Schnitzel, one of Austria’s most iconic dishes, features finely pounded veal wrapped in a golden, crispy coating.

But here’s the fascinating part

This beloved dish may have roots reaching back to Ottoman cuisine!

Fried meat recipes introduced to Vienna during the Ottoman campaigns gradually transformed into today’s schnitzel.

Taste is a cultural legacy.

🌟Are you aware there’s history on your plate?
