It's National Best Friends Day and I want to give a shout out to a few of my baking besties for all the love and support they show on an (often) daily basis🤗

I'm so glad we can get together for lunch (can you tell our favorite spot is Olive Garden?) to talk about all things cakes and cookies, giggle about our kitchen mishaps, and rave about our favorite designs.

Have you heard of the viral dot cakes? Apparently I've been living under a rock as I had not heard about them until earlier this week 😂

Anyway, if you haven't, it's a personal sized container of cake with a smooth top of buttercream icing, dipped in a bath of the little dot sprinkles (I guess that's where the name comes from?)

Another example of how I turn an AI inspiration photo into real life, but this time it's a cake version 🖤

Sometimes AI adds elements that just aren't realistic for an artist to make in the real world and other times it gets pretty close, like this example. I definitely don't mind receiving these for inspiration and if you're ever in doubt, please don't hesitate to reach out to see if it's possible 🌹
