Three years ago, we re-opened the doors to Belly of the Beast with a dream, a lot of heart and determination, and no way of knowing all the people who would become part of our story.

Every visit, celebration, kind word, and return to our table has helped shape these years. We carry that with us every time we cook and welcome someone through our doors.

On Wednesday, November 4, we’re gathering for a special anniversary dinner curated by Chef Thomas. We’d be honored to celebrate this milestone with you.
