🧊NICE ICE AWARD: Meet Our Newest Winner, Johnny! 🧊
Some people don’t wait to be asked to do the right thing. They just do it. And Johnny is a perfect example.
Johnny was nominated for a Nice Ice Award because his kindness and character consistently stand out to the staff at K&W Drive-In after school. Most recently, when another student’s card was declined while paying for their order, Johnny stepped in and helped without a second thought. No hesitation. No expectation of anything in return. Just kindness toward someone he didn’t even know.
But here’s what makes this recognition even more special: when we received Johnny’s nomination, we already knew exactly who he was! Why? Because Johnny has a track record of doing good things throughout our community.
From scouting to picking up litter on his own time, Johnny looks for ways to serve others and make Springboro a better place. And he’s doing it at a young age!
Johnny reminds us that you don’t have to be a grown-up, wear a uniform, or hold a special title to make a difference. You just have to care enough to act.
We are so proud to recognize Johnny for showing us what kindness, service, and being a good neighbor look like in action.
Congratulations, Johnny, on being our newest Nice Ice Award winner! Keep being you, keep looking out for others, and keep making our community a little brighter!
Thank you to Heather’s Gourmet Caramel Apples for sponsoring our Nice Ice award.
