Rogersville store closed today.

I am very sorry but the Rogersville store will be closed today. I loaded 15 racks of ribs today that should have been done buy now. Unfortunately they need another couple hours.

As many of you know I am currently running both of my trucks by myself. This means I leave the house around 3 am and get home around 10:30. I come in to my Springfield truck and start smoking and prepping, open at 9am jet out around 2:45 get to Rogersville, set up and reopen until 8pm.

I am not complaining, just hoping for understanding as I do my best to build the Rogersville store up to support a second chef.

It truly hurts everytime I can't open for any reason because I feel I am letting you down.

I will be open tomorrow with all the goodies.

HVAC for BBQ!!!

I have a mini split that I installed a month ago. It has worked flawless. Unfortunately I believe I did not get one of the fittings properly seated and it has bled off it's freon. I have a 608 and could go buy some but beyond this mini split, I would have no use for the extra. Is there a tech who would come check the lines and charge it back up? I would love to trade. Say a whole smoked brisket or we could mix it up with meats. Feed the family for the holiday.
Call me at 417 353 9189.

Thank you
