Today is the day! I am closing out all orders for the week of Thanksgiving! If you waited too long to get your Pumpkin Roll order in, I am deeply sorry for your loss. RIP🪦 😅
I will be reaching out in the next day or two with final details on pick up location and time. I plan to meet on Tuesday Evening and Wednesday evening. If anyone is needing before that, I will make it work with you as we need. Thank you all for supporting my local business this year. It makes my heart happy to bake the world a better place.

Attention Galaxy Gang!

We are gearing up for the holidays over here! It is TIME! I am only taking so many pumpkin roll orders this year, so do NOT delay in getting your order in. I will be releasing pick up dates and times once we have an idea of how many rolls are being ordered. Please message this page or my private page if you are ready to place your order. Pumpkin Rolls are 20.00 each or 2 for 30.00. The Lattice Apple Pies are 35.00, and the Dinner Rolls are 10.00 per Dozen! If you are looking for something else, do not hesitate to ask!

If you have any questions, or know what date you will need your orders by, please add it to your messages!

Also, I am rolling out a new platform to give back to your local community. We are calling it “ Galaxy Gives” and a portion of proceeds for all Pumpkin Rolls sold will be donated to Harmony House this year. We will chose a different community group to give to for each of the future holiday orders as well.

📣 We are also proud to announce our support for Springfield Black Tie again this year. We are one of the VIP Experience Sponors and couldn’t be more thrilled to have been given the honor to join them in the crusade to bring in funding for resources needed in our local community. 📣

That being said: this year we are truly only taking limited orders so get your order in asap. Remember, these are much larger than the rolls you see in stores and about 20 times more delicious! We have been keeping a secret for a few weeks but it’s time to let you all know what’s up in the world of Galaxy Bakery…. We are offically back and better than ever! We are not only taking orders Again but also will be able to take on more new orders as this is officially becoming a part time position for me and is no longer just a hobby. I’ll be launching 🚀 some new items and ideas over the next few weeks and I can’t wait to make you more bakes that send you to outer space!!!! ☄️🪐 I am attaching some pictures of a few things we whipped up in the last couple weeks! Please spread the word and think of me the next time you have a party, gathering, or you want to order something to hide away and eat all by yourself!!! No judgement here! 😉😂

Right now is ALWAYS the right time for a turtle cheesecake! Chocolate cookie crust layered with a salted caramel and pecan mixture, a layer of chocolate cheesecake, and a layer of brown butter cheesecake. Then it’s wrapped in a layer of salted caramel and chocolate ganache with a sprinkle of roasted and salted pecans on top! It will knock you out of orbit! 🚀 🤤 🚀

Also, pictured is a fresh banana and sour cream Bundt cake. This beauty was drizzled with a spiced cream cheese icing. Dreams do come true!!

I don’t have the time nor energy to elaborate but I also feel as though there were a lot of people who loved my mama almost as much as I do so I’m posting this today. Please, please, understand I likely won’t be able to answer any questions or comments at this time. Mom has had a massive stroke on Monday and she is still in critical condition. I’m sorry to anyone who I haven’t reached out to but with all the continuing bakery orders coming in on top of the daily texts I’m making to the immediate family- I’m tapped. Please send some love to our family. We weren’t ready for this… I don’t think I’ll ever be ready for this. My mom is my best friend. Thank you all for your love and kindness.
