We did a collab with our friends Tabak Co.]. It's delicious. Crafted to pair with a cigar, We roasted our Rwanda Maboro (notes of raspberry, peach, dark chocolate) and roasted it with very little airflow. This imparts a subtle enjoyable smoky flavor, without actually burning the coffee. That special "smoky" roast is blended 50/50 with our typical Rwanda roast to keep the smoky notes light, balanced, and enjoyable.
This was a super fun collaboration, and something we've never tried to do before. It's super tasty and available at Tabak Co.] in retail bags, or brewed by the cup.
