Fall has arrived at Vele, and we’re excited to introduce our new fall menu!

Our culinary team has been busy creating a fresh lineup of dishes that bring together bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and the creativity you’ve come to expect from Vele.

✨ A few highlights from our fall menu:

🐟 Pecan Crusted Seabass – Served with Yukon Gold potatoes, broccolini, and lemon beurre blanc.

🍖 Crispy Fried Porkchop – A 10 oz porkchop with shallot and piquillo jam, goat cheese, micro arugula, and balsamic reduction.

🥩 Steak & Squash Salad – Tender filet bites, roasted butternut squash, crisp Honeycrisp apples, goat cheese, and maple Dijon vinaigrette.

🥩 40 oz Tomahawk Steak – Fire-grilled, finished with chimichurri verde, and presented tableside for sharing.
